8. What is the Delivery Time for the order?

Answer -- Normally the delivery time for order will be 20-30 days. It will take a longer time, if your order is mixed.

9. How to deliver the goods to the buyer?

Answer --
1) We will send the goods to your shipping agent of China, and the freight will to be
collected, if you have had agent in China already.

2) The goods could be delivered by DHL, Fedex, UPS, or TNT, and the freight will to be collected, if you have the account number with any of them.

3) We ship the goods using our own shipping company, and the buyer need to confirm our freight offer and pay us in advance.

10. How to deal with the damaged or inferior goods?

Answer -- It is possible to compensate for the damaged or inferior items in our mass production, if you could supply enough witness which will show the damage and disqualification with our products.

1) Refund the value of the inferior goods, and send back the inferior goods to us.
2) Resend the equivalent goods to the buyer.
